I am a second semester senior... that's why..

So I am soooooooooooo sorry about my neglect to post. My life has been so hectic these last couple months of my high school life. I have been sick and going non-stop between school and softball. I am graduating next Wednesday and then I will no longer be a Diablo but a Hoya through and through. So these are my updates that are much needed. To read them in chronological order go down until the Mother's Day one and then move up.... I have some other ones to post but I am in Las Vegas for a softball tournament and not able to hook up my camera to my computer so enjoy these ones until the next update. Thanks for your patience! And yes Julie I will get to the Teamsmith newsletter too.....

Enjoy!! My life is not as busy as Heath and Thais' so don't expect a mass overload of postings... =)

Bittersweet Endings

So my senior year for highschool softball ended and we had some festivities.... we made it to the second round of CIF... So the pictures are of senior day and of the banquet.... I got 1st Team All-South Coast League, Co-MVP of South Coast League and of our team, I was also selected to play in two allstar games, and (little did I know until last week) I was the 2008 Scholar Athlete of my school... This season was a up and down journey but I learned a lot and will miss a lot of people... Here goes nothing:

So that was the conclusion of my senior year....

Girl's Weekend....

So this should go before the last post but.... Me and my best friends, Kaitlyn and Jill, decided to, instead of going to prom, spend the weekend in Coronado (which is in San Diego). We relaxed, went to a Padres game, rented a motor boat and of course like only we could do ate!!! So here are some pics (Oh and the cow and elvis are from our favorite ice cream place... we went there twice):

Mother's Day with some of my favorite people!!

So for Mother's Day this year my parents and I were graciously invited to one of my teammate's beach houses that they rent for a few weeks every year. So we got to hang out and spend time with my travel ball coaches Terry and Julie (who had just gotten back from regionals with Univ. of La Verne her college team that she started coaching this year). We had a blast celebrating Julie's birthday and giving her a fun present. Mostly we just relaxed down by the beach and enjoyed the great company. Oh yah and also playing paddle ball (badly). So here are some pics (the captions are above the pics):
